We purchased this
wonderful mare in the Netherlands in 1998 with the assistance of Carolyn and
Timothy Hoekstra along with Janko van de Lageweg. We chose Pasandra as a
broodmare, based on her pedigree, powerful gaits, superb conformation and
kind temperament.
Since then she has
produced stunning foals all being awarded First Premium status. Two of her
fillies, Vibrant LPR and Zanzibar LPR have gone on to place in the top ten
in their category at the North American Keurings.
Pasandra's pedigree
reads like a Who's Who of dutch horses. Sire Wellington, was a Keur stallion
with high indices in both dressage and jumping. Grandfather on her sires
side is the famous Nimmerdor, who was awarded Dutch "Stallion of the
Century".
Both her sire's dam
Patty, and her dam's dam Zinda are Keur Preferent. Her Dam sire is the
famous Preferent stallion Flemmingh.
We look forward to
continued success with Pasandra and very carefully select the stallions to
breed her to in order to maintain the high quality of her offspring.

her 2007 foal by Idocus due in June, 2007.
